Hugo Minnaar, manager of Zeallous Racing, recently participated in the regional round of the Eskom Expo for Young Scientist. His Expo was about the engineering crisis in South Africa. It is a fact that there is way to few engineers in South Africa.

Zeallous Racing het op Saterdag die 9de Augustus ‘n groot uitstalling gehad by Hoërskool Stellenbosch se Interskole teen Montana. Daar was ‘n groot tent met al die F1 spanne van HSS se karretjies, klere, portefeuljes en nog vele meer. Dit het ongelooflik gelyk. Saam met Zeallous Racing het Stellenbosch Motors, Eikestad Motors en Vuka Stellenbosch ook uitgestal. Baie dankie aan almal wat ‘n bydrae gelewer het. On Wednesday, 25 June 2008, the first of many workshops for start-up F1 in Schools teams was held. It was organised by Zeallous Racing, with the gracious help of the staff at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Stellenbosch. The event was held at the Mechanical Engineering department at the faculty’s buildings and teams and staff from as far as Kayalitsha attended.
