On Friday, the 22nd of August, Zeallous Racing had its second big workshop. This year it was held at the Thornton Campus of the College of Cape Town. Willem Amoraal organized the whole thing for some of the new schools that he introduced to F1 in Schools.

On Friday the 22nd of August, Stellenbosch High School hosted its annual Golf Day. Zeallous Racing together with their F1 in Schools team, Team Zeallous had the opportunity to set up a display at the tee of the 7th hole. Continue Reading »
On Wednesday 20 August, Zeallous Racing went to Westcliff High School to help them with Solid Edge. Unfortunately the computers they work with can only run Solid Edge V11 while V20 is already out. Despite the limitation they quickly learned the basics and within an hour they started experimenting with their own ideas. We hope to see a competitive F1 team within the next year.
On Wednesday, 25 June 2008, the first of many workshops for start-up F1 in Schools teams was held. It was organised by Zeallous Racing, with the gracious help of the staff at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Stellenbosch. The event was held at the Mechanical Engineering department at the faculty’s buildings and teams and staff from as far as Kayalitsha attended.
