On Friday the 22nd of August, Stellenbosch High School hosted its annual Golf Day.  Zeallous Racing together with their F1 in Schools team, Team Zeallous had the opportunity to set up a display at the tee of the 7th hole.

Each player who came by received a drink of their choice. The player who hit the ball nearest to the hole, between the 4 players of each team, received a Golfers Club towel.

Team Zeallous displayed their cars and portfolio most players took a lot of interest in the competition and were eager to give a donation.  Very few of the people who came past have heard of F1 in Schools.  This proved to be a great way of informing the private sector about F1 in Schools and its positive impact on the youth.  It’s wonderful to see the amazement on everybody’s faces when they hear that the cars were designed and manufactured by school children.

We will definitely return next year.
